This 2,000 sf gut renovation combined two apartments in a manner completely contrary to the owners’ original suggestion. The end result doubled the perception of the size of the living, dining and kitchen areas and created a luxurious light-filled oasis on a busy corner in the UWS. It features custom herringbone floors, all custom millwork and cabinetry throughout the apartment, and a state-of-the-art a/v system.
