As one of the earliest projects by H2, finished over a decade ago, this apartment shows the timeless design and attention to detail that is a signature of all of their work. H2 consolidated hallways to add an additional full bathroom to create a 2 BR/2 BA, increased closet space without decreasing bedroom size, and reconfigured the original kitchen in this pre-war building to increase storage and counter-space, while accommodating new central a/c within the apartment. Custom millwork is detailed throughout the apartment, including within all the bathrooms, bedrooms, Living/Dining Room, Media Room and Kitchen.
