This neglected turn-of-the-century apartment building on Central Park West required major structural work when a long-standing leak in a sewer line critically eroded the soil under the slab-on-grade foundation. H2’s renovation fixed the structural slab and subsequent façade problems, revamped security and HVAC systems, and created a welcoming entry that restored historical elements at the façade and rebranded the building with an upscale contemporary aesthetic.
