Yungie and Christoph helped us with a major, gut renovation of our Tribeca Loft several years ago, and we were really pleased with the results. Not only are they excellent architects from a technical perspective, but they are great interior designers for furnishings and finishes, and there was no need to hire a separate firm. They provided quite “practical” advice as well – having children of their own, for example, helped us to think through what was practical for our family – what’s appropriate for kids, vs. what might be excessive. They also did a fantastic job managing the various contractors, costs, etc. We recently decided to sell our apartment, and our real estate agent, upon seeing the results and finish decided to increase our asking price to one much higher than we expected to get in the market – and we were successful. So, you will really get value from H2 both as you enjoy your home and also from a valuation perspective.

When we decided to expand our business and build our new location on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, H2-Architects were an easy choice: The time they took to give us their educated opinion even on locations that didn’t end up working, showed me that their interest in helping us was genuine and earnest. And – maybe even more importantly – the kids (ages 6 months to 5 years) love the space and clearly make Rella’s Spielhaus their home away from home immediately.
